平板面状放射型红外线加热炉可以用于Φ2in～Φ300mm的硅片退火系统和生产用烧结炉。

特点
- Ps型具有宽度为40mm的反射表面，Pss型具有宽度为20 mm的反射表面的高密度灯配置，
- 通过增加Ps和Pss类型的反射表面的数量可以加热宽区域
用途
- 大型玻璃基板（太阳能电池、FPD等）的加热
- 半导体晶圆的高温高速加熱
- 薄板钢板热处理
