该设备可以在厚度方向上测量泽贝克系数和电阻率，并且可以通过匹配测量方向来评估具有各向异性的材料的热电特性。
特点
- 可以用温度差测量厚度方向上的泽贝克系数和电阻率
- 在样本设置时自动进行V-I绘图测量以判断引线接触并设置最佳电流
- 可以测量柔性薄板样品的面内方向（可选）
