可对应显示器成膜设备等大型真空设备。

特点

ULVAC独创的技术
采用独特的密封机构和反向压力消除机构，不是使用机械锁定机构。
极少采用会导致partical产生的滑动部件
在打开/关闭或密封时几乎没有冲击（振动）
良好的维护性
无需从设备或泵上拆下整个阀门即可单独拆下阀壳
可以在壳体移除后，仅移除一个螺栓来移除整个阀体单元
可任意选择安装方向
