A diaphragm type dry vacuum pump is a vacuum pump that uses the reciprocating motion of a diaphragm to exhaust air.
Diaphragm type dry vacuum pumps are used in vacuum exhaust, vacuum concentration, filtration, degassing and defoaming, vacuum chucks, film adsorption, packaging machinery, optical machinery, vacuum tweezers, medical machinery, printing machinery, etc.
In a diaphragm type dry vacuum pump, the rotation of the eccentric shaft (rotor) transmits power to the diaphragm through the connecting rod. The diaphragm moves up and down repeatedly, transporting gas from the intake port to the exhaust port, ensuring clean exhaust. In addition, a valve is attached to each port, so air is always transported in the same direction.
