An oil rotary vacuum pump is a positive displacement vacuum pump that uses oil to reduce airtight and dead space between parts such as the rotor, stator, and sliding blades. It is also called a rotary pump.
Oil rotary vacuum pumps achieve high exhaust performance by using vacuum pump oil to smooth the movement of the rotating parts and to increase airtightness by vacuum sealing. In addition, it is the most efficient type of pump that can effectively operate from atmospheric pressure to high vacuum ranges, and is a highly reliable pump that provides stable exhaust performance.

In an oil rotary pump, two vanes are attached to a rotor built inside a cylinder. These vanes divide the inside of the cylinder into three spaces. The gas in the divided spaces is compressed as the rotor rotates, and is discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust valve while changing periodically. The oil lubricates the bearings, cools them, and acts as a seal to increase the airtightness of the vanes and cylinder.

Magnetic Coupling Type

The magnetic coupling type uses a non-contact magnetic coupling in the power transmission section.
There is no oil leakage from the power transmission section.
