Oscillating piston type dry vacuum pumps are mechanical vacuum pumps that transport gas by the reciprocating motion of a piston linked to an eccentric rotating shaft.
Oscillating piston type dry vacuum pumps are used in printed circuit board mounting equipment, vacuum packaging machines, packaging material suction and conveying machines, labeling machines, printing ink degassing machines, printing machines, photoengraving machines, screen printing machines, degassing machines, embedding machines, baking furnaces, suction machines, automobile exhaust gas analyzers, refrigerant recovery equipment, plasma cutting equipment, etc.

The piston moves up and down inside the cylinder as it oscillates due to the rotation of the eccentric cam directly connected to the motor. The up and down movement of the piston changes the space inside the cylinder, transporting gas by repeatedly suctioning, compressing and exhausting it.
