Cold Cathode Gauge

A cold cathode ionization vacuum gauge is a type of vacuum gauge that uses the ionization phenomenon of gases.
Gas molecules are ionized using electrons generated by cold cathode discharge in a magnetic field inside the vacuum gauge. Measure the number of ions (measure the ion current) and convert it to pressure. The measurement pressure range is almost the same as the hot cathode type.

SC1
G-TRAN series SC1 is a magnetron type cold cathode vacuum gauge.
Since no filament is used, extended life between gauge replacement is assured. Maintenance is expected.
Ease of maintenance reduces the cost of ownership.
