- Keeps oil mist contained
The OM200iA is an oil mist trap that captures oil mist exhausted from oil rotary vacuum pumps.
- Keeps indoor air clean
By connecting the OM200iA exhaust port to an exhaust duct, the vacuum pump exhaust can be vented outdoors.
- Keeps element changes down to 3 minutes with no tools
Replacing the element on the OM200iA is as simple as removing the lid and swapping it out, and can be completed in just 3 minutes. An optional dedicated replacement tool can reduce downtime even further.
- Keeps vacuum pumps running safely
The OM200iA incorporates a built-in safety relief valve to prevent vacuum pump failures or accidents caused by element clogging. The valve opens automatically when the internal pressure reaches 0.045 MPa(gauge).
- Keeps failures simple to prevent
The OM200iA features an oil level gauge for easy monitoring of oil accumulation. Monitoring the oil level helps prevent potential failures.
- Keeps oil costs low via smart recycling
The OM200iA features a function to return captured oil back to the pump when it is stopped or operating at ultimate pressure. Adding the optional oil return kit enables continuous oil return, helping minimize the need for frequent oil refills.

Compatibility: The OM200iA can be installed on oil rotary vacuum pumps (excluding GCD models) with a pumping speed of 240 L/min or less and a G1 exhaust port thread size. An oil mist trap adapter (or equivalent) is required for pumps with a G3/4 exhaust port thread. Please contact us for details.
