This is the SUCTION FILTER which special filter is built-in into the stainless body.
There are 2 types; Prevent counter flow of oil diffusion into the vacuum pipe (OFI-050C, 200C) and prevent particles into the vacuum pump. (OFI-050V, 200V)
Since this is a closed type, the filter cannot be changed.

＊KF-clamps, center rings, suction pipes, exhaust pipes and etc. are additionally required for attachment (contact us separately.)
Attention） Foreline trap installation reduces the evacuation speed and ultimate pressure of the vacuum pump.
＊G series requires a change to the Option intake pipe (M20 x KF-25).
※GHD-031 requires Option conversion flange (KF-16 / 25), quick coupling clamp (KF-16) and center ring (KF-16).
