The vacuum pump oil SMR-100 has a low viscosity so that it has good startability even when it is cold. Change the oil as often as possible to achieve full pump performance.
※ Do not use any pump oil other than our specification. The performance of the vacuum pump can not be achieved if oil not specified is used.
Note) Vacuum pump oil degrades with operation and causes performance shortage. Check regularly for oil loss and contamination, and replace or replace.
