Valve Comparative table of old and new models
ULVAC'sVacuum Angle Valve (L-shaped valve)including double-and single-acting cylinders and manual operation for opening and closing, four types of connection flange, and sizes from 16 A (5/8 inch) to 900 A (36 inches), meets a wide range of needs.
The new series of small-angle valves 16 A (5/8 inch) to 350 A (14 inches) are standardized to those manufacture by SUS. In addition to the current JIS flange specifications, ISO flanges have been enhanced.
You can check the model and differences between the vacuum angle valve (L-shaped valve) you are using and the current model.
