Calibration Leak is an instrument that generates a known leak. This allows the ion current value measured in the analytical section of the leak detector to be converted to a leakage value.
Calibrated Leak
Model: CLM
Calibrated leak that utilizes the penetration of helium gas through glass (membrane). (Vacuum calibration)
Calibrated Leak
Model: CLC
Calibration leak that allows helium gas to pass through a microscopic hole (Channel). There are two kinds of calibration methods: vacuum method and sniffer method.
Calibrated Leak
General calibration test report for calibrated leak
We issue a Calibration Test Report
Calibrated Leak
Traceability certificate for calibrated leak
We will issue a certificate that is implemented by the traceability system. (Calibration result values are not listed)
Calibrated Leak
JCSS calibration service(for CLM)
We issue a JCSS(Japan Calibration Service System) Calibration Certificate to customers who wish to perform JCSS calibration separately.
