ULVAC CRYOGENICS (NINGBO) INCORPORATED was established with 100% investment from ULVAC CRYOGENICS, Inc. in Japan as a production and service base in China in 2005. We are the only major production site in China which manufacture, repair and maintain cryopumps.
Along with the expansion of Cryopump sales and O/H business, we provide careful support to customers throughout China in cooperation with the maintenance bases of the ULVAC group. We are also committed to contributing to the cryogenic equipment market, which is essential for the semiconductor market, a growing industry, and basic technologies.
