ULVAC TECHNO, Ltd. was established by separating the service department of ULVAC, Inc. (former Japan Vacuum Engineering Co., Ltd) in January 1979 for the maintenance and management business of advanced vacuum equipment and system which ULVAC as a comprehensive vacuum manufacturer offers.
Currently, we offer a wide range of business services with a high level of customer satisfaction. In addition to maintenance services, we also provide parts and vacuum material supply services, surface treatment, precision cleaning, proposals for upgrade and improvements of equipment and systems, recycling of equipment and device, and sales and purchase of used products to meet a variety of customer needs.
The most important mission of the equipment and system service business is to respect customer opinions and to "Quick support" all aspects of customer production lines to enhance customer satisfaction. In Japan, we have established CS centers throughout the country and have developed systems close to customers to provide quick support.
For our increasingly important overseas customers, we are working closely with ULVAC's overseas subsidiaries to actively teach our service business that we have cultivated over many years.
- 1) Maintenance service.
Maintenance service, including repair, remodeling, relocation, and overhaul of vacuum equipment and devices manufactured and sold by the ULVAC Group. - 2) Equipment and system sales.
Sales of vacuum equipment and system manufactured by ULVAC Group and customer support. Joint development of vacuum equipment and system. - 3) Sales and purchase of used vacuum equipment and system.
Sale and purchase of used vacuum equipment and system for effective use of vacuum products. - 4) Internal jigs cleaning service.
Environmentally friendly cleaning and surface treatment of internal jigs of vacuum products. - 5) Sales of vacuum materials, parts and consumables.
Sales of various materials, parts, and consumables required for vacuum equipment and system. - 6) Chemical business.
Treatment of metal surfaces using methods such as Tufram, Nedox, NifGrip, and Vacal. Clean washing services by using chemical treatment. - 7) Solar cell and electric vehicle-related services.
- 8) Installation of machine equipment for the construction industry and electric work.
