1. Failure to start, fuse to activate the motor breaker blows

Trouble Check Items Solutions.
The rotor check
・Are there any deposits on the surface?
・Is the clearance of each part correct?
・Repair
・Readjust and repair the rotor timing
・Is the pressure difference between the inlet port pressure and the outlet port pressure too high? ・Check each pressure.
Lubricating oil check
・Does the oil reach the level?
・Is it discolored?
・Is viscosity increased?
・Refill the lubrication oil
・Replace the lubricating oil
・Replace the lubricating oil
・When removing the motor and running the motor only, is the rotation number and current value normal? ・Replace the motor and check the power supply

2. Pressure does not reduce

Trouble Check Items Solutions
・Is the performance of the fore pump degraded? ・Check the fore pump
・Are there any leaks in the piping? ・Check for leakage of piping
・Is the lubricant dirty? ・Replace lubricating oil
・Is there any oil leakage from the mechanical seal? ・Replace and repair the mechanical seal

3. Abnormal sound

Trouble Check Items Solutions
・Is there a high-frequency metallic sound? ・Stop the pump immediately, rerun after a few minutes, repeat this process several times, and replace or repair the mechanical seal if it does not solve the problem.
・Is the lubricant within the reference line? ・Refill the lubrication oil
・Does it make a rattling sound, and vibrate occurs in sync with this sound? ・Readjust and repair the rotor timing
・Replace and repair the bearing
・Is there a rattling sound? ・Replace and repair the timing gear

4. Abnormal heat

Trouble Check Items Solutions
・Is the cooling water flowing? ・Check the cooling water level
・Is the pressure difference between the inlet port pressure and the outlet pressure port too high? ・Check each pressure
・Is the discharge pressure normal? ・Check the fore pump
・Does the rotor turn manually? ・Repair

5. It takes a long time to exhaust

Trouble Check Items Solutions
・Is there any dust on the wire net of the inlet port? ・Clean the wire net
・Repair
