Usage Notes
- When the electric discharge does not start stably, cleaning is necessary because it is almost always caused by contamination inside the sensor head.
- A high voltage is applied to the anode, so be careful while energizing.
- Generally, the measurement gas is set to nitrogen, so if the main component of the residual gas is not nitrogen, the pressure differs from the actual pressure.
- Since the emission of electrons varies depending on the surface condition of the electrode, the indicated value of pressure changes due to contamination.
