A vacuum pump is a machine that exhausts gas from a sealed space and creates a pressure state lower than atmospheric pressure. There are many types of vacuum pumps, depending on the exhaust mechanism and exhaust speed. They must be used according to the purpose and application.
A range of 1x105Pa to 1x102Pa is called a low vacuum, and a range of 1x101Pa to 1x10-1Pa is called a medium vacuum.

A screw type vacuum pump is a vacuum pump that introduces fluid into the gap between meshing screw rotors inside a casing and continuously moves the fluid in the axial direction by rotating the rotors.

Oil Rotary Vacuum Pump

An oil rotary vacuum pump is a positive displacement vacuum pump that uses oil to reduce airtight and dead space between parts such as the rotor, stator, and sliding blades. It is also called a rotary pump.
